长柄扁桃与蒙古扁桃幼苗抗旱性比较研究 被引量:8

摘要 为揭示干旱胁迫对对长柄扁桃和蒙古扁桃的生理特征响应,本项目通过PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫,研究干旱对长柄扁桃和蒙古扁桃种子萌发期和苗期形态和生理指标的响应,结果表明,随着干旱胁迫逐渐增大,长柄扁桃和蒙古扁桃两个品种的发芽率和发芽势呈现出显著降低的趋势,当胁迫浓度达到20%时,两者均达到最低;发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、幼苗高度、幼苗根长和幼苗鲜重随着PEG浓度增大,均呈现出先缓慢增高后显著降低的趋势,其中,PEG-6000浓度5%时,各个指标均达到最大值,但与对照相比均没有显著差异,但当胁迫加大后,种子的受害程度逐渐增大,萌发率、发芽指数等极显著降低。在苗期,轻度干旱处理下,植物的株高、净光合速率、气孔开张度、脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量、叶绿素含量、SOD、POD、CAT、MDA等均没有显著性变化,当中度胁迫和重度胁迫处理后,各个生理指标均发生了显著性或极显著性的变化,说明在干旱胁迫下,植物通过调节生理指标来抵御干旱胁迫。综合比较干旱胁迫处理下植株的生理生化指标变化,发现蒙古扁桃的抗旱性能要强于长柄扁桃,研究结果将为沙生植物资源开发利用奠定基础。 In order to reveal the response of drought stress to the physiological characteristics of Amygdalus pedunculata and Amygdalus mongolica,PEG-6000 is used to simulate the drought stress in germination and seedling stage,It shows that with the increase of drought stress,the germination rate and germination potential of the two varieties of almond and Mongolian almond show a significant decrease.When the stress concentration reaches 20%,both reach the lowest;germination potential and germination the index,vigor index,seedling height,seedling root length and seedling fresh weight all show a trend of slowly increasing and then significantly decreasing with the increase of PEG concentration.Among them,when the concentration of PEG-6000 is 5%,each index reaches its maximum value.However,there is no significant difference compared with the control,but when the stress is increased,the damage degree of the seeds gradually increases,and the germination rate and germination index are significantly reduced.During the seedling stage,it is found that plant height,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal opening degree,proline,soluble sugar content,chlorophyll content,SOD,POD,CAT,MDA do not change significantly in mild drought stress.After moderate stress and severe stress treatment,all physiological indexes change significantly or extremely significantly,indicating that plants could resist the damage caused by drought by adjusting various physiological indexes.By comprehensively comparing the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes of plants under drought stress,it is found that the drought resistance of Mongolian is stronger than that of pedunculata.This research results will lay the foundation for the development and utilization of desert plants.
