摘要
梳理了关于大学生村官素质能力建设的重要性,素质和能力的内涵、现状以及提升途径,认为目前的研究中存在诸多不足,包括研究的科学性有待提高,研究视角存在局限性,研究内容有待深化,并提出了研究展望,包括要加强基础理论研究,拓宽研究视角,推进研究的深化和具体化。
This paper reviews on the quality and ability construction of college village officers from the importance of qual- ity and ability construction, connotation of quality and ability, status and promotion way. Then it points out the short- comings of the current research, such as insufficient scientific research , the limitations of research perspective, inade- quate research content , and puts forward the prospect of research, including strengthening the basic theory research, broaden the research perspective, promote the deepening and concretization of the research.
