Dynamic or Interactive?——Application of Dynamic System Theory and Sociocultural Theory in SLA

摘要 动态系统理论和社会文化理论都试图将认知与社会视角融为一体,构建理论框架模型,阐释二语习得领域那些单个视角理论未能解决的问题。本文比较两者在二语习得中的具体应用、理论背景、研究视角以及方法等方面的异同。它们在动态、系统、互动等方面的共同点及交叉点为构建一个融会贯通的新体系提供了可能和基础。 Dynamic System Theory and Sociocuhural Theory both try to synthesize the cognitive and social perspectives, establish theoretical models and interpret unsolved problems in SLA, but the attempts are not ideally satisfactory. The paper compares their applications, theoretical backgrounds, perspectives and methodologies. Their common grounds and merging areas implicates the possibilities and foundation of a new dialectical unity.
