摘要
目的了解山西省交城县7~14岁中小学生生长发育与营养状况。方法对2010年交城县8 077名中小学生健康监测状况进行分析。结果大多数学生发育状况为良好和正常。身高上等的中学生与小学生分别占23.97%、27.85%,身高下等的中小学生分别占0.69%、0.93%;体重上等的中学生与小学生分别占42.01%、48.70%,体重下等的中、小学生分别占1.07%、0.15%。肥胖率平均为19.00%,男生肥胖率明显高于女生(P<0.01),初中生肥胖率高于小学生(P<0.01);营养不良平均为8.57%,女生营养不良高于男生(P<0.01),初中生营养不良高于小学生(P<0.01)。与交城县2005年相比,中小学生身高、体重上等所占比率逐年增加,其差异有统计学意义(χ2值分别为115.84和193.49,P<0.01),即中小学生生长发育呈上升趋势;身高、体重下等所占比率逐年下降,身高下等其差异有统计学意义(χ2=25.47,P<0.01)。营养不良、肥胖的检出率,也呈上升趋势(χ2值分别为86.97和72.58,P<0.01)。结论中小学生的身高和体重发育状况良好,中小学生的肥胖、营养不良检出率较高,应引起家长、学校、和社会的高度重视。
[ Objective] To understand the growth and nutrition status of primary and middle school students aged 7-14 years old in Jiaocheng County of Shanxi. [ Methods] The data of health monitoring among 8077 primary and middle school students in Jiaocheng County in 2010 were analyzed. [ Results] Most of students had good and normal growth condition. The middle school students and primary school students who had the higher height respectively accounted for 23.97% and 27.85%, while they had the lower height respectively accounted for 0.69% and 0.93%. The middle school students and primary school students who had the higher body weight respectively accounted for 42.01% and 48.70%, while they had the lower body weight respectively accounted for 1.07% and 0.15%. The average incidence rate of obesity was 19.00%. The incidence rate of obesity in boys was significantly higher than that in girls (P 〈 0.01 } , and the obesity rate in junior middle school students was significantly higher than that in primary school students ( P 〈 0.01 }. The average incidence rate of malnutrition was 8.57%. The incidence rate of malnutrition in boys was signif- icantly lower than that in girls (P 〈 0.01 } , and the malnutrition rate in junior middle school students was significantly higher than that in primary school students ( P 〈 O. 01 ). The proportion of higher height and body weight in primary and middle school students increased year by year as compared with that in 2005 in Jiaoeheng County, and the differences were significance ( X2 value was 115.84 and 193.49 respectively,P 〈0.01 ) , which indicated that the growth of primary and middle school students has an upward trend. The proportion of lower height and body weight decreased year by year, and the difference in lower height was significance (X2 =25.47 ,P 〈0.01). The detection rates of malnutrition and obesity showed an upward trend (X2 value was 86.97 and 72.58 respectively, P 〈 0.01 } . [ Conclusion ] The development condition of height and body weight
