摘要
目的了解青少年对健康、体质的认知现况及相关信息来源,为开展青少年健康教育、制定改善青少年健康和体质状况的卫生政策提供依据。方法以定性与定量研究相结合,采用分层抽样法,抽取上海市5所高中学校进行小组访谈和问卷调查。结果青少年对于健康和体质概念的理解不够全面,能够认识到自身的一些健康问题,有较强的改善身体素质的愿望;有较广泛的获取健康相关信息的渠道。重点高中的学生更加关注自身健康和体质。结论学校、家庭、社会应共同关注青少年的健康和体质。学校应适当减轻学业压力,并协调家庭和社区共同引导学生树立正确的健康观念,增强健康意识,形成良好的行为习惯。
Objective To know the cognition of the adolescents as well as the source of relative information on health and finess,to provide reference for developing related policy,and to promote the further supervision and management.Methods Combining qualitative and quantitative methods and by stratified sampling,students of five high schools were chosen,and making focus group interviews and questionnaire investigation.Results The cognition of the adolescents on health and fitness was not comprehensive though they could realize some of their own health problems,and strongly longed for improving their health and fitness,and obtain health-relation information in various ways.The students of key high school more concerned about their own health and fitness.Conclusion Family,school and the society should pay attention to adolescents' health and physical fitness.Schools should be appropriate to reduce the learning burdens of students and to mediate family and community,guide the students to establish a correct conception of health with families,enhance health awareness and cultivate a good habit.
