摘要
教育是一种培养人的活动,其目的是促进人的发展,教育评价本质上是一种关于人的发展的价值判断活动。提高高等教育质量迫切要求大学教学评价必须倡导"立足过程,促进发展"的评价理念,充分发挥评价的教育发展功能,让每一位学生实现最优发展。
Education is an activity of cultivating talents and its objective is to promote the development of humans. In essence, the educational evaluations are an activity of value judgment on humans＇ development. To improve the quality of higher education, the evaluations of college teaching must abide by the evaluation concept of ＂promoting the development on the basis of processes＂ and give full play to the function of educational development of the evaluations so as to let every student realize the best development.
