摘要
对高职院校专任教师进行科学的绩效考评有利于正确引导教师工作的内容与方式,引入效率意识、激励机制,及时协调相关矛盾,有利于激发专任职工的积极性,提高其工作效率和工作质量,实现专业建设与学院发展目标。本文通过调研并结合相关文献与实践经验对高职院校专任教师绩效考评现状进行分析,就存在的问题进行反思,力求找到相应的对策,更好的促进高职院校的发展。
Making scientific performance appraisal of the full-time teachers in higher vocational colleges is beneficial to correctly guide teachers' work content and way. Bringing in efficiency consciousness, incentive mechanism, and timely coordinating contradictions is beneficial to arouse staff's enthusiasm and improve the work efficiency and quality, so as to achieve professional construction and institute development. Through the investigation, relevant literature and practice experience, this article analyzes the performance appraisal actuality of the full-time teachers in higher vocational colleges and reflects the existing problems, in order to find the corresponding countermeasures, and promote the development of higher vocational colleges.
