摘要
在对高职院校教师绩效管理的过程中,如何对教师实行绩效评价,是一个至关重要的环节。要能合理的对教师劳动本身做出评价,可以为合理地任用教师、实施聘任和分配提供有力依据。在绩效管理的整个流程中绩效改进是一个关键环节。根据高职院校教师绩效考核面临新的挑战,结合高职院校教师工作的职业特点,论述教师绩效改进存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。
In the process of teacher performance management in higher vocational colleges, how to evaluate the performance of teachers is a crucial link. To make a reasonable evaluation of the teacher' s labor, it can provide a strong basis for the reasonable appointment of teachers, the implementation of appointment and distribution. Performance improvement is a key link in the whole process of performance management. According to the new challenges faced by the performance appraisal of teachers in higher vocational colleges, combining with the professional characteristics of teachers in higher vocational colleges, this paper discusses the problems existing in the improvement of teachers' performance, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
