摘要
教师的工作成果具有多因性、多维性、动态性和后显性,正确理解教师绩效考核的内涵,认识其意义和作用,探索教师绩效考核方法,合理使用考核结果,对于实施有效的教师工作绩效管理,形成激励机制具有十分重要意义。
The working achievements of teachers are multi-dimensional, dynamic and post-dominant. The paper discusses the correct understanding of the meaning, significance, and role of teachers' performance evaluation, probing into effective performance evaluation methods, and using the result reasonably are of great importance to implementing effective management of teachers' performance and constructing incentive mechanism.
