摘要
针对现有的学科群建设同地方特色产业相互脱节的发展现状,提出嵌入地方产业特色的优势学科群的概念划分。按其与地方特色产业的协同发展关系,将优势学科群的成长周期划分为孕育期、萌芽期、发展期以及进化期四个阶段,并按照每个阶段的不同发展特点,论述包括人才培养层次、社会服务对象以及人才输出规格等在内的各不同阶段优势学科群应选择的具体发展模式和政府层面应给予不同的支持政策。
Due to the problem that the present status of construction of subject clusters could not be adapted to the develop- ment of regional characteristic industries, the paper proposed the concept classification of advantage subject clusters embed- ded with regional characteristic industries. The growth cycle of advantage subject cluster was classified into four stages, i. e. , incubation period, germination period, development period and evolution period. The classifying method was in accord- ance with its coordinated development relationship with regional characteristic industries. Meanwhile, the paper also dis- cussed the specific development pattern based on various development characteristics in each period. The development pat- tern includes talent training level, social service object, talent output specifications, etc.
