摘要
辽宁在实施新一轮振兴老工业基地战略过程中,结构调整、制度创新必然要求建设完善的社会保障公共服务体系作为重要支撑。经济结构的调整、地方本科院校的转型给劳动与社会保障专业建设带来挑战。研究转型背景下的劳动与社会保障人才培养模式改革与实践,为转型发展的专业人才培养模式构建做出探索性的贡献。
In the process of implementation of the new strategy to revitalize the old industrial bases to Liaoning,structural adjustment and institutional innovation require a sound social security of public service as an important support inevitably. Both economic restructuring and transformation of local colleges and universities bring challenges to specialized subject of labor and social security. In the background of transition,the research of reform and practice of labor and social security professional personnel training mode make contribution to the transformation and development of professional personnel training mode.
