摘要
传统的数控车床加工细长轴类零件时,比较容易产生形变和扭曲,从而影响加工精度。为了解决此类问题,论文主要就基于细长轴类零件加工的数控车床中存在的实际问题进行机械部分优化设计,并对改造后的车床进行了性能分析。
Traditional numerical control lathe machining slender shaft parts, easy to produce deformation and distortion, which affects machining accuracy. In order to solve such problems, this paper is based on the slender shaft parts processing of practical problems that exist in the numerical control lathe, mechanical part optimization design, and analyzes performance of lathe and benefit after transformation.
