摘要
根据受力情况,定性地分析了车削细长轴采用夹拉车削工艺可有效抑制变形,减小振动,提高加工精度。简述了夹具的基本结构和夹拉车削应注意的问题。
The paper analyses the cutting process of the slender shaft and finds that the cutting process can be effectively restrain deformation and reduce vibration and improve machining accuracy when hold and pull is adopted. It also briefly states the basic structure of the clamp and the attentive points of the cutting process.
