基于ANSYS的细长轴双刀车削刀具退让量误差优化研究

摘要 通过建立细长轴对称式双刀车削模型,推导出刀具加工点理论退让量公式。对细长轴双刀车削进行静力学仿真分析,得到刀具在加工点退让量数据。结合刀具径向力与背吃刀量的关系,以及引起刀具退让量误差的其他因素,在刀具加工点理论退让量公式中引入修正系数k,通过对比分析仿真曲线和预测理论曲线,确定修正系数k的大小,为细长轴数控车削误差补偿提供理论依据。 By establishing symmetric dual -tools turning model of slender shaft , formulas of theoretical concession amount of cutting tool processing point was derived .Static simulation analysis of it was done and data of concession amount was got .The correction coefficient k is introduced in formulas by considering the relationship between cutter radial force , back cutting depth and other factors causing errors of tool concession amount.By comparing the simulation curve and forecast theoretical curve , the correction coefficient k was determined , which provided theoretical basis for the error compensation of numerical control turning of slender shaft .
