摘要
习明纳式教学是学生为研究某一问题而与教师、专家共同讨论的一种交互式的教学方法,法学学科的社会特性与其传统教学模式的缺陷,决定了在法学课程教学中引入习明纳式教学法十分必要。法学课程中采用习明纳式教学法应遵循教师布置任务、学生研究、课堂讨论、教师总结的学习范式。
A seminar is, generally, a form of interactive academic instruction which has the function of bringing together stu- dents,teachers and experts for discussion and problem- solving.Because of the social characteristics of legal courses and the defects of traditional mode, it is necessary to apply a seminar mode in the course of instruction. Specific steps are as follows： task assigned by teachers, students＇ research, discussion in class, teachers＇ summary.
