摘要
辣椒碱是一类极度辛辣的香草酰胺类生物碱,它是从辣椒中提取出来的高附加值产品。闪式提取技术是一种作用时间短、提取率高、节能环保的新方法。以干红辣椒为原料,采用闪式提取技术,研究了不同有机溶剂对辣椒碱提取效果的影响,在单因素试验基础上,采用正交试验对工艺条件进行优化,最佳工艺参数为:丙酮作为提取溶剂,料液比为1∶12(g/mL),转数为6 600 r/min,时间为35 s,在此工艺条件下,辣椒碱的提取率为0.112 6%。
Capsaicin is a kind of vanilla amide class alkaloids which is extremely spicy.It is the high added value products extracted from chill.The herbal blitzkrieg extractor is a new kind of methods which wastes less time,gets higher yield and is kind to environment.With the help of herbal blitzkrieg extractor,this article choosed dried and hot chill as the materials and studied different effects of solvents to capsaicin extractive volume.Used the orthogonal test to get the best result based on the single factors.The result showed that the best extraction condition was: ethanol solution,liquid and material 1 ∶ 12(g/mL),6 600 r/min,time 35 s.Under this extractive condition,the extractive yield was 0.112 6 %.
