摘要
介绍并比较近年来国内外辣椒碱的制取、纯化技术及作为药物在临床上的应用,并对其应用前景作了简要评述,对今后的研究工作作了展望。
The paper involves the preparation and the purification of capsaicin and its clinical application as a medicine. Its prospects for application are also described and issued some questions needing to be solved.
