摘要
使用活性炭纯化辣椒碱粗提物 ,RP- HPL C定量测定辣椒素样品中主要成分。在优化条件下得到辣椒素提取物纯度为 97.2 %。
Capsaicinoid was purified from the extracted capsicum by activated carbon,and the total amounts of three capsaicinoid components was quantitatively determined by RP-HPLC.The purity of capsaicinoid is 97.2%.
