摘要
采用溶剂热法制备了Fe3O4磁性微球,利用凝胶法对Fe3O4包覆Si O2,用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷修饰Fe3O4@Si O2,制备氨基功能化磁性微球。采用扫描电镜(SEM)和傅里叶红外吸收光谱仪(FT-IR)对所制备的氨基功能化磁性微球进行表征。将氨基功能化磁性微球作为辣椒碱的磁固相萃取材料,对辣椒碱进行了吸附性能实验。结果表明,在辣椒碱浓度为20μg·mL-1、吸附剂用量为40 mg、温度为20℃的条件下,氨基功能化磁性微球的最大吸附量为31.58mg·g-1。
In this experiment,Fe3O4magnetic microspheres were prepared by solvothermal method,Fe3O4@SiO2magnetic microspheres were prepared by solution gel method,and amino functionalized magnetic microspheres were prepared with modifying Fe3O4@SiO2and3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane.The prepared amino functionalized magnetic microspheres were characterized by SEM and FT-IR.Ammonium-functionalized magnetic microspheres were used as capsaicinoids for magnetic solid-phase extraction.The results showed that when the capsaicin concentration was20μg/mL,the adsorbent dosage was40mg,and the temperature was20℃,the amino-functionalized magnetic microspheres had the maximum adsorption capacity of31.58mg/g,and the saturated amino functionalization was saturated.
