新型亚锡-氟化钠牙膏的实验室和临床试验效果评估 被引量:2

摘要 牙膏是一个很方便且容易得到的载体,它可以运载诸如抗生素、氟化物和活性因子等成分来控制和预防多种常见的口腔疾病。新型亚锡-氟化钠牙膏(1.45×10-3ppm F-)控制和预防多种主要口腔疾病的功效已经在全球多个地区得到实验室和临床验证。在中国被命名为佳洁士Pro-Health健康专家系列牙膏,在部分欧洲市场的商品名为blend-a-med Pro-Ex-pert,本文综述了新型亚锡-氟化钠牙膏的实验室和临床试验研究情况。研究指出新型亚锡-氟化钠牙膏的临床效果优于阴性对照组,与阳性对照组的临床效果相当甚至更好,结果表明该产品具有防龋能力,同时可以有效减少牙菌斑、缓解牙本质敏感、抑制外源性色素沉着以及改善口腔异味。
