摘要
目的:检测穿心莲片中重金属及有害元素含量。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定穿心莲片中铜(Cu)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)、铅(Pb)的含量。结果:穿心莲片中铜(Cu)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)、铅(Pb)的含量分别在10、2、0.1、0.02、0.8 ppm范围,折算成日服剂量均远低于世界卫生组织FAO/WHO推荐的各元素的最大日摄入量。结论:穿心莲片中重金属及有害元素含量远低于相关标准,服用安全。
Objective: To detect the contents of heavy metals and harmful elements contained in ChuanXinLian tablets. Method: The contents of copper (Cu), arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg) and lead (Pb) in ChuanXin-Lian tablets were determined with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Result: The contents of Cu, As, Cd, Hg and Pb in ChuanXinLian tablets were in the range of 10, 2, 0.1, 0.02 and 0.8 ppm, which meant that the daily dose was much less than the maximum daily dose of different elements recommended by FAO/WHO in quality control methods for medicinal plant materials revised draft update (2005). Conclusion: The contents of heavy met- al and harmful elements in ChuanXinLian tablets are far below the standard, which could ensure the safety of drug use.
