摘要
目的:分析测定江香薷不同部位的矿质元素含量,评价江香薷的营养价值,为江香薷的深入开发提供理论依据。方法:采用电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS法)分别测定江香薷茎和叶的矿质元素的含量。结果:江香薷中含有25种矿质元素,其中常量元素K,Ca,P,Mg和微量元素Mn,Fe,Zn,Sr含量较高,并且叶中含量普遍高于茎。结论:江香薷矿质元素丰富,值得深入研究和开发。
Objective: To analyze and determine the compositions of mineral elements in different parts of Mosla chinensis, so as to provide theoretical evidence for the deep development of M. chinensis . Method : Mineral elements in stem and leaf of M. chinensis were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP- MS). Result: There were 25 mineral elements in M. chinensis. Among them, constant elements K, Ca, P, Mg as well as trace elements Mn, Fe, Zn, Sr were rich, and these mineral elements in leaf were higher than stem of M. chinensis. Conclusion: M. chinensis is rich in plenty of compositions and is worth to make an intensive study.
