摘要
张仲景所著《伤寒杂病论》一书中载有许多急危重症的治疗方法,可谓开中医急诊医学之先河。笔者在认真学习本书的基础上,将其方法应用于临床急症的治疗中,得到了些许体会。文章通过介绍笔者几则医案,分别从辨清寒热真假、抓住主症对应方证、不避峻烈药物以及灵活应用多种剂型等4个方面阐述临证经验体会。
The book Treatise on Febrile Diseases written by ZHANG Zhong-jing contains many emergency treatment methods. The author seriously studies this book and applies classical prescriptions in treatment of some acute diseases. This article introduces several cases of the author, which contains distinguishing true and false fever, seizing the main symptoms, avoiding strong corresponding prescription drugs and flexible applying forms four aspects of the experiences.
