摘要
文章重点探讨了《伤寒论》关于脾胃病的诊疗原则及其临床意义,在相关文献研究的基础上,提出涉及脾胃病的诊疗原则主要有:以辛开苦降为主治原则,以甘补为辅助原则;以辛热为主治原则,以甘缓为辅助原则;以甘辛为主治原则,以酸收为辅助原则;以辛甘通阳为主治原则,以苦燥淡渗为辅助原则。
This paper focuses on a study of diagnostic principles and clinical meaning for splenogastric disease in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Based on documentary studies,the relevant main principles are as follows： Pungent-release and bitter-downbearing as the indication principles,and sweet-tonifying as the subsidiarity principle;pungent-hot as the indication principles,and sweet-moderating as the subsidiarity principle;sweet-pungent as the indication principles,and sour-convergent as the subsidiarity principle;pungent-sweet activating yang as the indication principles,and bitter-drying and tasteless-diuresis as the subsidiarity principle.
