摘要
在结合国内外伐根清理机技术的基础上,设计出了应用于园林的、配套动力为轮式拖拉机的伐根清理机。伐根清理机的清理装置(铣削头)悬挂在轮式拖拉机的后面,由轮式拖拉机的液压控制系统控制铣削头的升降运动,实现其进给;轮式拖拉机的后输出轴通过传动装置,实现其旋转运动。其进给运动和旋转运动可同时进行,达到铣削伐根的目的。文中着重对伐根清理机的动臂进行了基于ANSYS的模态分析。该伐根清理机每切削一个树根约两分钟,效率高,铣削头工作平稳。
On the basis of combining the domestic the technology about the machine for cleaning stumps with overseer’ s,the paper designs the garden machine for cleaning stumps,this machine use the wheeled tractor as power mechanism.Cleaning device of the machine-milling head is hanged in the back of the wheel tractors,the machine can use the hydraulic control system to make milling head move up and down,this realize its feed movement,the tractor’ s rear output shaft transmit power to milling head through the transmission device,so its rotation movement comes true.Combining the feed movement of the milling head and its rotation movement,the machine can clean up stumps.The paper focuses on the modal analysis on swing arms of the machine for cleaning stumps based on ANSYS.The machine cleans up roots in about two minutes,it has high efficiency,and its milling head works smoothly.
