摘要
为了提高某型偏光片切片机的强度与精度,采用有限元分析软件对其龙门架结构进行应力与变形分析,并按分析结果进行改进设计。改进后的结构强度与精度有了明显的改善。
To enhance the cutting Polaroid machine＇s strength and precision,the structure of gantry is simulated with FEA software,the result of gantry＇s stress and strain is given,and the structure of the gantry is improved.The improved gantry＇s strength and precision have been improved obviously.
