摘要
2011年以来,阜阳市外墙外保温系统转以无机保温砂浆系统为主,由于管理滞后,假冒产品充斥市场,个别工程出现了龟裂、开裂、霉变、渗漏质量问题投诉现象。我地结合实际,进行了系统的调研,实施了抽样检验,分析了出现这些问题的原因和对策以及管理的薄弱环节,制订了加强无机保温砂浆保温系统的质量管理措施,提升了当地建筑节能应用水平。
The exterior insulation system mainly utilizes the inorganic insulation mortar system from 2011.The market is flooded with counterfeit products as related management lags behind,following complaints on cracking,mildew and leakage for individual engineering.Based on the actual condition,systematical research are carried out to the project with sampling inspection,analyzing the problems and coun termeasures,and weak links of the management,The quality management measures are stipulated,strengthening the inorganic insulation mor tar insulation system and improving the local building energy saving application level.
