摘要 影响外墙外保温系统保温砂浆的因素很多,在查阅国内相关文献的基础上,通过试验对影响保温砂浆性能的部分因素进行对比论证,重点对生产中常用的不同的可再分散胶粉进行拉伸黏结强度指标验证,从而确定最佳的可再分散胶粉种类。通过理论分析,对胶凝材料的碱性、细度和强度对保温砂浆的影响,石英砂粒度和级配对保温砂浆的影响以及河砂的粒径、级配、氯离子含量、含泥量、圆度、质地对保温砂浆的影响等问题提出了新的观点和看法,对保温企业控制产品质量具有一定的参考作用。 The exterior insulation and finish systems with mortar can be influenced by many factors. According to some domestic document, part of factors affecting on the thermal insulation were compared with appraisal through experiment, emphasizing on the verification of tensile bond strength indicators of different dispersible polymer powders used commonly in producing, to determine the best type of dispersible powder. The thermal insulation mortar, which is influenced by the alkaline, fineness and strength of the cementitious materials, by the size and level matching of quartz sand, and by the particle size, size distribution, chloride ion content, volume of mud, roundness and the texture, is analyzed theoretically, proposing some new views on product quality control for the insulation-product companies.
