摘要
采用有机硅憎水技术对低品质玻化微珠进行的改性试验研究表明,改性后的玻化微珠导热系数下降2.9%;将其作为骨料同母料配成的保温砂浆的导热系数为0.059W(/m·K),比使用未经改性的降低16.9%,而保温砂浆的其它性能仍符合国家标准要求。改性玻化微珠的成本增加不足10%,经有机硅憎水技术改性后玻化微珠的价格仍低于高品质玻化微珠的价格。
Experimental study on modification of low quality vitrified microspheres with organosilicon hydrophobic agent technique showed that thermal conductivity of modified vitrified microsphcrcs decreased 2.9%,which was used as aggregate to mix with master batch and to make thermal insulation mortar. Thermal conductivity of the thermal insulation mortar with modified vitrified microsphcrcs was 0.059 W/(m·K),which was 16.9% lower than that without modification,and its other properties arc still in conformity to the national standard. The cost of modified vitrified microsphcrcs is increased less than 10% and the price of vitrified microsphcrcs modified with organosilicon hydrophobic agent technique is still lower than that of high quality vitrified microsphcrcs.
