微波法提取木立芦荟多糖的工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用微波法提取木立芦荟多糖,通过正交实验确定最佳提取条件为:微波功率420W、微波时间3min、浸提温度70℃、料液比1∶30(g∶mL),在此条件下,木立芦荟多糖的提取率达到6.05%,比热水浸提法高出35.8%。 The extraction technology of polysaceharides from Aloe arborescens Mill by microwave extraction method was optimized by orthogonal experiment. The optimum extraction conditior:s were obtained as follows. microwave power was 420 W, microwave irradiation time was 3 min, extraction temperature was 70℃, solid-to- liquid ratio was 1 : 30(g : mL). Under above conditions, the extraction rate of polysaceharides was 6.05%, which was 35.8% higher than that by hot-water extraction method.
