摘要
主要以茶新菇子实体为原料,采用中心组合设计方法对水溶性多糖和碱溶性多糖的工艺进行优化,实验结果表明,茶新菇水溶性多糖的最佳热水浸提条件为纤维素酶用量为0.05%,提取温度50℃,提取时间3 h,此时水溶性多糖的得率为5.40%.茶新菇碱溶性多糖的较优提取工艺即:碱的体积分数为0.77mol/L,提取时间为2.71 h,料液比为1∶88.22,此时碱溶性多糖的得率为2.964%.
In this paper, using agrocybechg fruit -body as raw material, the extraction technology of the water - soluble polysaccharides and the alkali - soluble polysaccharides was optimaized. The results were as follows : the optimal extracting technology of water - soluble polysaccharides was the extracting temperature 50℃, time 3h, and the content of ceUulase was 0.05 %, and the extracting rate of water - soluble polysaccharides in these conditions was 5.40%. The optimal extracting conditions of alkali - soluble polysaccharides were the concentration of NaOH 0. 77mol/1, time2.71h, the ratio between material and NaOH was 1: 88.22. In these conditions,the extracting rate of alkali - soluble polysaccharides was 2.964%.
