强流脉冲电子束处理对Ni200摩擦磨损性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 通过强流脉冲电子束对Ni200进行表面改性处理,并对处理后试样的表面形貌、表面硬度、截面硬度、摩擦磨损性能进行了分析。结果表明:不同照射次数下试样表面的熔坑数量、表面硬度、截面硬度都有一定的变化,25次照射后,试样的表面粗糙度极大降低,摩擦磨损性能有了很大的提高。 The surface modification of Ni200 by high current pulsed electron beam is studied in this article. Surface morphology, surface micro hardness, cross-section micro hardness, friction and wear resistance are analyzed. The resuhs show that volcano-pits quantity surface micro hardness, cross-sec- tion micro hardness was changed by pulses of high current pulsed electron beam. Moreover, surface roughness is reduced largely, and friction and wear resistance is greatly improved for 25 pulses by high current pulsed electron beam.
