摘要
激光表面重熔对提高钛合金表面的耐蚀性具有显著的效果。采用脉冲Nd-YAG激光器对BT20钛合金进行了重熔。表面显微结构、硬度分布和在3wt%NaCl与1M HCl溶液中的耐蚀性进行了研究。激光重熔处理后耐蚀性得到显著的提高。耐蚀性的提高归因于快速凝固造成的组织变化。
The effect of laser surface remelting on corrosion resistance of Ti alloy sheets was investigated. A plused Nd-YAG laser was used to carry out the remelting process on BT20 titanium alloy. The mierostrueture, hardness depth profile and corrosion behavior of the samples in 3wt% NaCl and 1M HCl solution were examined. The corrosion resistance of the treated samples was significantly improved as compared with the untreated samples. The improved corrosion resistance and the increased hardness are obtained due to the mierostruetural changes caused by rapid solidification after laser remelting.
