摘要
目的研究食管癌外周血miRNA表达情况。方法应用芯片技术,分析研究20例食管癌病人及20例对照者外周血miRNA表达的差异。结果 11个miRNAs在食管癌病人血液中有差异。其中8个基因上调、3个基因下调。结论检测食管癌外周血miRNA可能为食管癌早期诊断提供新的生物学指标。
Objective To explore the miRNA differential expression in serum of human esophageal cancer. Methods The plasmic miRNAs of 20 human esophageal cancer patients and 20 normal persons were extracted by chip technology, and the miRNA differential expressions were analyzed. Results A total of 11 differential expressed miRNAs were different, including 8 over-expression and 3 low-expression miRNAs. Conclusions The detection of miRNAs in the serum may provide a new biological indicator for diagnosis of human esophageal cancer.
