摘要
甘蔗渣是甘蔗制糖的主要副产品,是一种可持续性的生物质资源。据测算,我国制糖企业每年剩余600~650万t甘蔗渣未能得到有效的合理利用,如何综合利用甘蔗渣替代薪材来发展绿色循环经济成为当前迫切研究的课题。本文拟提出一种基于甘蔗渣的生物质固化成型技术工艺,经致密成型后其密度、耐久性、燃烧特性都有质的改善,大大提高甘蔗渣的品位,而且方便运输、储存和使用,扩大了甘蔗渣在生物质能方面的新用途。
Bagasse is a major by-product of sugarcane in sugar industry and a sustainable biomass resource. It is estimated that there are 6-6.5 million tons of bagasse remained to be fully utilized in the sugar companies in China each year. The integrated use of bagasse to replace fuel wood to develop green circular economy is becoming an urgent research topic. This paper intends to propose a bagasse-based biomass curing molding technology process. After compression molding, bagasse's density, durability and burning characteristics have qualitatively improved. This would greatly enhance the taste of sugarcane bagasse, and it is easy to transport, store and apply. This process would enlarge the new use of bagasse in biomass.
