摘要
为筛选出适合甘蔗渣栽培的茶树菇优良菌株,以菌丝长速和生物转化率为主要指标,对以甘蔗渣作为主要栽培料的茶树菇栽培培养基进行了优化。结果表明:茶-3为甘蔗渣栽培茶树菇的优良菌株,配方B即甘蔗渣60%,杂木屑20%,麸皮15%,豆粕3%,石灰2%是栽培茶树菇较为适宜的栽培配方。
In order select the excellent strains of Agrocybe aegerita（Brig）Sing with bagasse,taking bagasse as materials,the formula of cultivation medium was studied according to the mycelial growth rate and biological efficiency.The results showed that the excellent strain was Agrocybe aegerita（Brig）Sing No.3and the optimal cultivation medium was bagasse 60%,sawdust 20%,bran 15%,soybean meal 3% and quick lime 2%.
