52例流产绒毛细胞的染色体核型分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨早期自然流产绒毛标本染色体核型。方法应用长期培养法对52例早期流产的胎儿绒毛组织进行绒毛细胞培养,对培养成功的绒毛细胞制备染色体及核型分析。结果 52例自然流产的绒毛组织中绒毛细胞培养成功47例(90.38%)。其中,检出染色体异常22例(46.81%);异常核型中以染色体数目异常为主(86.36%),并以三体征最常见(59.09%)。结论胚胎染色体异常是早期自然流产的主要原因;对流产绒毛行染色体检查有利于查明流产原因,合理指导下次妊娠。 Objective To analyze the chromosome karyotypes of chorionic villi in patients with early spontaneous abortion. Methods The chorionic villi tissues of 52 fetus were obtained by dilatation and curettage, which were incubated by long-term primary culture. Then the chromosome karyotype of chorionic villi cells was cytogenetically analyzed. Results Successful cytogenetic evaluation was performed in 47 of 52 cases (90.38%), in which 22 cases (46.81%) were with chromosome abnormality. Numerical abnormality was the major part of chromosome abnormality (86.36%), and the most common cases were autosomal trisomies (59.09%). Conclusion Chromosome abnormality of embryo may be a predominant cause of early spontaneous abortion. It is necessary to analyze karyotypes of chorionie villi in patients with early spontaneous abortion for guiding next pregnancy.
