摘要
本文通过文献资料法及问卷调查等方法,对我校近十年来"三自主"体育选项课改革实施效果的影响因素进行深入调查及有针对性的归纳总结。结果表明,我校"三自主"体育选项课程在教学理念、目标设置、组织形式与教法等方面形成了一定的特色,其人文价值和实践意义明显体现,但教学场地器材、学生选课机制、师资队伍自身条件以及课内外锻炼的有机结合等问题,仍是影响学生学习效果的重要因素。
Through using the method of literature review and questionnaire, this paper made a deep exploration into and targeted sum-up of the factors influencing the implementation effect of three autonomous approaches in the physical education selective course reform over the recent years in university. The result shows that the above mentioned approaches has its own features in terms of teaching philosophy, goal setting, organization form and physical teaching activities. The humanity value and practical significance are also clearly reflected. However, factors such as teaching equipment, the students course selection mechanism, the teaching staff, and the in -class and outside-class exercise can be attributed to the key factors affecting the students'learning results.
