摘要
规范课外体育活动管理、丰富课外体育锻炼内容是促进学生积极参加课外锻炼的有效手段。对学生参加课外体育锻炼的情况进行了调查分析,并就加强对学生课外体育锻炼管理进行了探讨。
Standardizing the management of after-class physical education activities and enriching the content of after-class physical education exercises are two effective measures to promote students＇ active participation in after- class training and exercises. This paper investigates and analvzes the current state of students＇ participating in after- class physical education exercises and discusses the problem of making after-class physical education exercises plans.
