摘要
近年来,上海"大居"建设取得了显著成绩,与此同时,教育也成为"大居"面临的重要民生问题。表现为学校面积及地块形状偏离行业标准,选址不理想,学校总量偏少;建设速度缓慢,建设标准不高;优质资源总量不足,社区教育缺失等。这些问题可能导致居民流通不畅,不满情绪积聚,属地政府负担沉重,学校班额、规模偏大,师资匮乏等不良影响。政府应从提高教育配套规划标准,加快教育配套建设速度,扩充教育资源总量,加快市中心优质教育资源引进步伐,完善社区教育体系等多方面缓解"大居"教育难题。
Although there are significant achieves of education in large residual community in Shanghai in recent years, there exist serial problems： the area and shape of many schoolyards are located improperly or too small; some schools are built slowly and its standards are low; overall high quality educational resources are insufficient, and community education are absent. Negative consequences of these problems include that poverty may be continuing in the next generation, residents＂ resentment may be accumulated, local government may be overburdened, and schools may be too big but lack teachers. In order to defuse these problems, government should elevate the standards of school built, accelerate the construction of supporting facilities, enlarge overall educational resources, speed up the introduction of high quality educational resource in city center, and consummate community education system.
