摘要
经过近20年的发展,我国的房地产业经历了从单独的楼宇开发到小区开发,再到大规模住区开发三个主要发展阶段。近年来,连片开发的大规模楼盘不断涌现,房地产商更号称现在房地产业进入了"大盘时代"。该文试图以广州市番禺区华南板块为例,分析"大盘现象"的主要存在问题,并参照香港新市镇开发的经验,以探讨改善这些问题的方法和出路。

Finally, this paper will discuss the solution and approach of improving the said issues
