摘要
介绍了一种基于PLC和步进电机的机械手控制系统设计方案,详细论述了该机械手控制系统的硬件结构和软件设计流程。系统实现了自动化生产线上物料抓取及传送的自动化,提高了生产效率。实践证明,该系统运行稳定,定位精确,具有较高的应用价值。
A design proposal of manipulator control system based on PLC and stepper motor is introduced. The hardware structure and software implementation method of manipulator control system are discussed in detail. It is systematcally achieved that the materials can be automatically obtained and transferred on automatic pro- duction line. Practice has proved that the system can run stably and position accurately, which has a good application value.
