短柄草14-3-3基因家族的生物信息学及表达模式研究 被引量:2

摘要 在短柄草基因组中共鉴定出7个14-3-3蛋白家族成员,与水稻、拟南芥14-3-3蛋白的系统进化分析发现,7个短柄草14-3-3蛋白中有1个属于ε类蛋白,其他6个属于非ε类蛋白。对短柄草14-3-3蛋白家族的序列相似性、基因结构以及蛋白结构分析发现,短柄草14-3-3蛋白序列及三维结构高度保守。RT-PCR分析显示,7个短柄草14-3-3基因在不同的组织中均表达,预示着它们在植物体内可能都具有生物学功能。 In this study, seven 14-3-3 genes were identified from the Brachypodium distachyon genome. Combined with rice and Arabidopsis, we found that Brochypodium contained one e and six non-a 14-3-3 isoforms, respectively. The sequence identities, gene structures and three-dimensional structure modeling reveal high conservation among the Brochypodium 14-3-3 proteins. In addition, RT- PCR showed that the seven Brachypodium 14-3-3 members are expressed in all tissues examed.
