摘要 根据乌努格吐山铜钼矿的矿石性质及选矿厂建设规模,介绍乌山SABC碎磨工艺流程的设计和主要设备选型,对其生产实践进行阐述,分析讨论生产中出现的问题。乌山SABC碎磨工艺流程和大型半自磨机Φ8.8 m×4.8 m、大型溢流型球磨机Φ6.2 m×9.5 m的成功应用,不仅为国内其他类似矿山建设提供了宝贵的经验,对振兴民族工业也做出了贡献。 Based on the properties of copper-molybdenum ore and the construction scale of mineral processing plant in Wunugetu Mountain, the design of SABC crushing-grinding process and the selection criteria of main equipments are introduced in this paper. Discussions on some problems may be caused in the production process and their solutions are brought up as well. The successful applications of SABC crushing-grinding process, large-scale (φ8.8m×4.8m) Semi-autogenous Mill and large-size (φ6.2 m ×9.5 m) overflow ball mill are not only providing precious experience for other similar mine construction, but also has made a contribution to the revitalization of national industry.
