摘要
文章从项目背景、矿石性质、工艺流程和设计特点等方面,全面介绍2万t/d选矿厂的生产工艺流程设计。通过3 a多的生产实践,总结工艺中给矿部分、磨矿部分和浮选部分等遇到的问题以及改进措施。目前2万t/d选矿厂的工艺运行稳定,设备运转良好,实现了达产目标,体现出SABC工艺的规模效应,以期对今后类似工艺设计提供借鉴意义。
The process design of 20kt/day concentrator is introduced from the aspects of project background,ore properties,process flow and design features.Through more than three years of production practice,the problems encountered in production,such as feeding,grinding and flotation process,and improvement measures are summarized.At present,the process of 20kt/day concentrator runs steadily,the equipment runs well,the production target is achieved,and the scale effect of SABC process is reflected,so as to provide reference for similar process design in the future.
