摘要 为提高企业空调压缩机声强测试的自动化程度与测试精度,设计了一套C#的空调压缩机声强测试平台。采用C#语言基于.NET平台进行上位机软件界面设计;上位机与台达PLC基于RS485串口采用Modbus通信协议进行数据传输与采集;上位机将指令、数据通过串口传输给台达PLC,台达PLC通过伺服驱动器驱动伺服电机,伺服电机带动相关设备运转,实现对空调压缩机进行高精度、自动化连续测试。现场实际运行结果表明,该测试平台操作简单、维护方便,运行高效、稳定,定位精度高,完全满足空调压缩机声强自动化测试的需求。 In order to improve the automation degree and test accuracy of sound intensity test of air conditioner compressors in enterprises,a set of air conditioning compressor sound intensity testing system based on the layered structure model is designed.Use C#language based on.NET platform for PC software interface design;PC and Delta PLC conduct data transmission and acquisition based on RS485 serial port using modbus protocol.The PC transmit instructions and data through the serial port to Delta PLC,Delta PLC drives servo motor via servo drive,and servo motor drives related equipment to achieve high-precision,automated continuous testing of air-conditioning compressor.The actual operation results show that the test system is easy to operate,easy to maintain,efficient and stable in operation,with high positioning accuracy,fully meet the needs of automatic sound intensity test of air conditioning compressor.
