摘要
根据某钼矿选矿厂的建设规模、矿石性质、产品要求,设计“半自磨+顽石破碎+球磨”的SABC工艺与“中碎+高压辊磨机+球磨”的高压辊磨工艺,对基建投资费用和生产经营成本费用进行综合比较,根据两个方案优缺点,并从未来设备大型化、自动化、智能化、数字化、绿色矿山的发展趋势,选出符合该矿山的碎磨工艺方案。
According to the construction scale,ore properties and product requirements of a molybdenum concentrator,the SABC process of“semi-autogenous grinding+recalcitrant crushing+ball milling”and the high-pressure roll grinding process of“medium crushing+high-pressure roll mill+ball milling”are designed.The cost of capital construction investment and production and operation are compared comprehensively.According to the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes,the future equipment is large-scale,automated,intelligent and digital.The development trend of chemical and green technology is to select the grinding technology scheme which is in line with the mine.
