摘要
随着市场经济的飞速发展,社区居民在生活习惯、行为方式、人生观和世界观等方面都出现了多样性的特点,居民社区文化建设的参与热情也会受到管理者、社区环境以及自身心态等各方面因素的影响。因此,在社区文化建设中要加强社区工作者的综合素质、通过不断完善资金统筹措施等来促进更多的社区居民参与到社区文化建设中来。
With the development of market economy, the community＇ s residents appear diverse characteristics in their life habits, behavior styles, outlook in life, values and view of the world and so on. The residents＇ participation enthusiasm in community culture can be affected by some factors. For example, administrators, community environment and ego state of mind. So it is necessary to enhance the comprehension quality of administrators, continue the improvement capital planning measures and to promote more community residents to participate in community culture construction.
