摘要
农村社区文化建设是社会主义文化建设的重要任务之一。农村社区文化建设,必须根据党的十七届六中全会精神,把满足人民的文化需求作为基本立足点,通过准确定位、加大投入、培育参与主体、建立科学机制等措施,冲破文化发展困境,实现农村社区文化建设的稳定、可持续发展。
The construction of rural community culture,an important part in the construction of the socialist cultural course,should be carried out in a down-to-earth attitude in accordance with the requirements set on the 6th Plenum of the 17th CPC Central Committee,and the satisfaction of people＇s cultural demand.To achieve this goal,we should find itself a proper starting point,increase financial support and encourage participation with a scientific working mechanism formulated.In this way can we step out of the plight of development in rural community culture and ensure a healthy and sustainable development therein.
