摘要
从社区文化建设的发展现状入手,尝试建立社区文化建设绩效评价指标体系,运用灰色系统理论构建了基于多层次灰色关联分析的社区文化建设绩效评价模型,并对其进行实证分析,指出该模型对社区文化建设绩效的综合评价有重要的现实意义。
This paper attempts to set up the performance evaluation index system of community culture construction with a start of the present situation of community culture construction,establishes the performance evaluation model based on a multi-level grey relevant analysis by using the gray system theory,and makes the empirical analysis accordingly,and points out that this model possesses important practical significance on comprehensive evaluation on the performance of community culture construction.
